2. The optimum culture temperature of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is 30 C. 3.當接種適量增大時, 培養(yǎng)基中的初始菌數(shù)增加, 氧化亞鐵硫桿菌快速繁殖.但由于培養(yǎng)基中的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)有限, 加入過多的菌液影響細菌的生長繁殖.表明培養(yǎng)氧化亞鐵硫桿菌的佳接種量為10%.
